The 2024 YWPN STEAM Challenge was held Saturday, Feb. 24th at NorthPark Center and was a fun-filled and educational day of team presentations of innovative STEAM ideas, friendly competition and community awareness.
Purpose: To develop and teach STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) concepts and principles through interactive, fun activities to teen girls from Young Women’s Preparatory Network schools in Aldine, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, San Antonio and Midland.
