LEADERSHIP INSTITUTES

YWPN provides multiple Collaboratives throughout each school year to allow school leadership and staff the opportunity to create a sustainable, consistent model for professional learning resulting in increased student performance. In addition, deeper development of our campus administrators ensures our campuses attain and maintain the standard of excellence and academic rigor expected in a YWPN school.

PRINCIPALS

Each of our Principals are seasoned school leaders. Their experience and dedication show in the accomplishments of their students and the success of their schools. They assemble the best teaching teams in the district to create an environment where ambition, encouragement, and sisterhood are as essential as education.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS

Our Assistant Principals bring exceptional skill and experience to their role, working closely with their Principal to bring each campus’s vision and mission to life. Through YWPN’s leadership development opportunities, they deepen this partnership and build connections with sister schools as they continue to refine their craft, bringing incredible impact to their students and staff.

COLLEGE SUCCESS ADVISORS

Our College Success Advisors develop the expectation that every Young Women’s Prep student can and will go to college. They provide grade specific support for students, coordinate college campus visits, and offer workshops for parents. Their extensive knowledge of college admissions and financial aid processes are crucial to the one-on-one work they do with each student.

COUNSELORS

YWPN Counselors attend a yearly Counselors Institute where they receive training on single-gender education, social emotional learning and collaborate with one another on pertinent matters. Counselors share resources, best practices, and attend counselor workshops provided by YWPN.

NEW LEADERSHIP

New leaders in YWPN attend a one-day institute to learn about the history, vision, mission, and all of the opportunities that are available through YWPN. By aligning the experience they bring with the YWPN model, our new leaders are ready to carry forward the amazing work happening across our campuses.
