Rangel Alumni Association (RAA)

The RAA exists to elevate the graduates of the Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School, the first public all-girls’ school in the state of Texas; to build community in and among Rangel graduates; and to support the next generation of Rangel graduates.

VISION STATEMENT

RAA will become a cornerstone of the Rangel experience. That membership in the RAA will be something graduating Rangelians can look forward to just as much as Alumni Day in January–that graduating seniors know they will graduate into a community of interconnected, supportive, and talented alums.

We want Rangel grads to know that we are our sisters’ keeper, even after graduation!

To achieve its mission, the RAA will foster connection and community through networking, mentorship, and sponsorship. It is our hope that the RAA will allow Rangel grads to reconnect with former classmates and to build connections with young professionals across the diverse fields in which we find ourselves. It is our sincere hope that you will reconnect with your high school and invest in the mission of Rangel and the Young Women’s Preparatory Network.
