The Young Women’s Leadership Academy (YWLA) is a Midland ISD school of choice focusing on college preparatory academics, leadership development through community service, and health and wellness. YWLA serves 6th-11th grades for the 2023-2024 school year and will build to a full 6th-12th grade campus next year.

Created in 2019 through a public-private partnership with Midland ISD and YWPN, YWLA offers school enhancement programs for all students: STEM curriculum, college visits and advising, educational field trips, teacher professional development, and more.
