Jeanne Whitman has more than thirty years of experience as a leader, manager, executive coach, or staff member with educational and not-for-profit institutions. She brings expertise in organizational structure, fund raising, strategic planning, board governance, and leadership development. Her current business, Jeanne P. Whitman Consulting and Executive Coaching, serves the executive directors, heads, and leadership teams of organizations in strategic or managerial transition. Additionally, she works with individual employees whose roles in an organization are evolving in such a way that new skill sets are required for continued growth. From 2004- to 2011, Jeanne served as the Eugene McDermott Head at the Hockaday School in Dallas. During her tenure, she established a seven-figure contingency fund to support school operations, increased the number of student applications, established a new faculty compensation model, and developed new faculty performance standards and mores. She is an avid volunteer in the Dallas community and a respected leader in her field.
