4 YWPN Schools Make the List of Most Challenging High Schools in the Nation

By December 7, 2015July 11th, 2023No Comments

We are so excited to have all four of our eligible schools make the top 30 of Washington Post’s Most Challenging High Schools in the Nation! This list is determined by the number of college-level tests given at a school divided by the number of graduates from that year.

The YWPN has a pillar of college readiness. As such, most girls take the AP courses for a variety of s3 girls working-SAubjects, preparing them with college-level reading and examinations for the next step in their education. We are proud of all their achievements as they make it through a very challenging and rigorous curriculum!

#13 Talkington School for Young Women Leaders (Lubbock)

#15 Irma L. Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School (Dallas)

#19 Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin)
